RSVP

The two answers, what guests see of each other, and the attendee list only organizers can open.

There are two answers, Going and Maybe. There is no decline button, and tapping the answer you already gave clears it.

The tallies are public and sit under the hero. The names are not. That list opens only for your team, from the RSVPs button in the workspace header, with tabs for All, Going and Maybe.



Who can open it is its own permission rather than a side effect of being able to edit the event: you, an organization member with View RSVPs, and co-hosts in either role. Building a show is not a reason to be handed a list of names.

On the guest side, an RSVP shows on their own profile under Going until the event ends and Attended after. Anyone who would rather not advertise that can turn it off in Settings, and the tabs then disappear for visitors rather than showing an empty list.
