Spotlight
The fan wall: guests upload, you choose, the stage fills. Upload quotas and what happens when they run out.
A guest takes or picks a photo, crops it to 9:16, adds a caption and sends it. It arrives in your pool, and you decide whether it goes on the wall everyone can see, into your reel, both, or neither.
Photos only. Video was left out for the venue's sake: the processing cost per guest, and the wait, which is not something to hand someone standing in a crowd.
Image
The spotlight wall on the participant stage, three columns of moments.
Each guest gets one moment per phase, so one for Intro, one for Story, one for Outro. To replace theirs, a guest deletes the first.
Curated
Submissions wait for you. The default, and almost always right in a public room.
Open
They land on the wall immediately.
Turning spotlight off remembers which of the two you had chosen, so switching it back on does not silently widen your policy. Your picker has two tabs, the whole pool with pending first, and the wall as guests see it. Putting something in your reel is independent of the wall.
