Reminders
The push notification each agenda section fires, the nudge a forgotten draft gets, and how guests turn either off.
Two reminders exist and they point in opposite directions.
To your guests
Each agenda section can fire a push notification, at its start time or a set interval before, to everyone who answered your RSVP. That is set up in the agenda itself.
To you
A draft approaching its own date is a lost event: the link is dead, no answers are arriving, and if the fee is unpaid it cannot go out at the last minute either. So Ritmus pushes and emails you about it, naming the actual blocker rather than nagging in general.
•
Three per event over its lifetime, at most.
•
At least three days between two of them.
•
Always at nine in the morning in your own timezone, never at a fixed hour that is the middle of your night.

Guests control theirs under Event updates in Settings, you control yours under Reminders. Both are on by default, because both continue something the reader started.
