Agenda
The running order, and the push notification that fires as each section starts.
Agenda is your running order: titled moments with times and an optional line of description each. Guests read it on the event page.
Each section can also fire a push notification, at its start or a chosen interval before, to everyone who answered your RSVP. That is what makes an agenda more than a printed schedule.

Organizers and co-hosts are excluded from them.

Push only. There is no email version, because a same-day nudge belongs on a lock screen.

Move a section and its reminder moves with it. There is nothing to re-arm and editing one section costs the others nothing.

A reminder running more than ten minutes late does not send at all.
That last one is deliberate: a late "starting in thirty minutes" is worse than silence.
