Fill the page

Cover image, description, agenda, and the informative surfaces your guests read before they arrive.
A draft opens into the event workspace. On a wide screen the settings panel is a permanent column on the right; on a narrower one it is a sheet behind a button in the header. Same panel either way.
Start with the cover. It is cropped to 9:16, because that is the shape of the phone your guests are holding, and it appears both at the top of your page and in the card other apps generate from your link. An event without one falls back to a generated poster rather than a grey box.

The five informative surfaces

These are the ones people actually read, so they are worth filling in before the light show.
Big Screen
What the venue screens show: a join QR, a poll, media, or a message.
Overlay
A pinned message or countdown over whatever is playing.
Agenda
The running order, with an optional push notification per section.
Good To Know
Parking, dress code, accessibility, house rules.
Wish List
What to bring, claimed by name so nothing arrives six times.
The light show can wait. Publishing with nothing but a name to start collecting answers, then building the show later, is a normal way to work.
