What you would like people to bring. Each item has a title, a quantity, and optionally a link, whose preview image becomes the row's thumbnail. Guests claim items, one each.

You decide whether claimer names are shown or only the count. Be clear about what that switch is: it changes what the interface displays, not what the underlying records are. Right for a surprise party, wrong for anything you would call confidential.

The quantity is a guide rather than a gate. It is checked in the app but not enforced deeper down, because the cost of a stray extra claim is one duplicate bottle of wine.

A signed-out guest who taps claim goes through sign-up and comes back with the claim applied, so nobody loses the item they wanted to a login screen.
