Billing profile and invoices
Where invoices live, who can open them, and what the billing profile is for.
Settings has a Billing page with three parts: your bonus seat balance, your billing details, and your invoices.
The billing profile is the name and address an invoice is made out to. Name and country are required, everything else is optional. Country matters because Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record, so it is the tax jurisdiction. A tax id can only be submitted alongside an address.
You do not have to fill it in first. If it is empty, checkout collects an address the usual way and seeds your profile from it afterwards, but only if it was empty. Something you typed yourself is never overwritten.

Invoices are listed per owner with their date and amount. An event you grew shows an EXTRA badge and a line saying what was added.
Visibility is deliberately asymmetric. Bonus seats are visible to every member of an organization, since any of them can spend one. Billing details and invoices are visible only to an Owner, since which legal entity the organization bills under is an ownership question. A member who is not an Owner does not see a locked card; they do not see the section.
