Modes and groups
A mode is a kind of show; a group is one configured instance of it. How you build them and how you switch the room between them.
A mode is a kind of control. A group is one saved configuration of it: a palette you built for the encore, a sequence timed to a song, a reel for the pre-show. Five groups per mode, which across the modes is forty configurations for one event.

A new event arrives with no groups at all. That is deliberate: seeded examples meant every first show shipped with our sample content in it. Each mode starts on an empty state with two ways out, build one here or bring one over from Studio, where you can prepare content with no event attached.
Switching the room between groups is one tap on the group strip.
