Scheduled
The event page
What a guest sees at your link, and how it changes as the event moves from scheduled to live to ended.
One address, three stages. The route never changes, which is why the same link works for the announcement, the night itself and the archive.
Hero
Your cover, the organizer, the RSVP tallies, and one call to action that follows the phase: Explore, Join, or Relive. No RSVP buttons up here, so that nobody answers before seeing what they are answering about.
Gate
About five seconds while the page loads what it needs and any ad slot gets its time. It checks access, and during the live phase capacity and GeoFence too. No phase asks anyone to sign in to get through it.
Stage
Fills the frame. Your intro reel before the doors, the live show while it runs, your outro reel afterwards.
Image
The hero of a published event page on a phone.
Below 1280 pixels wide the stage behaves like Instagram: the frame is the whole screen and media crops itself to fill. Above that it becomes a centred 9:16 pane.
The preview in your workspace is not an approximation of this. It is the same screen your guests get.
