Bringing someone onto a single event without handing over your account, and what each permission actually unlocks.

A co-host works on one event. It is not organization membership and it does not spill anywhere else, which makes it the right tool for the friend running the lights this Saturday and nothing after.

Co-Organizer

Edit the details, build the content, publish, and drive the show.

Co-Editor

Build the content and drive the show. Cannot edit the details and cannot publish.



Invite by username, which binds immediately, or by email, which binds the moment that person creates an account.

Both roles can drive the live show at the same time as you, and their commands come back to you through the same channel as yours, so you see what they just sent. Neither sees the guest list unless you granted View RSVPs as well.
