Overlay

Pinned text and a countdown sitting above whatever is playing, on every screen at once.
Overlay puts a line of text, a countdown, or both on top of whatever the stage is doing, on every phone at once.
You prepare items in the panel ahead of time and put one live when you need it. At most one is on screen; the rest wait in the list. That is what makes it usable mid-show, because you are picking from things you already wrote rather than typing into a phone in a dark room.

The countdown is stored as a duration rather than a moment. The end time is stamped when the item goes live, so ten minutes means ten minutes from when you press it, not from when you wrote it three days ago.
For the things a room needs to be told that a light show cannot say: doors closing, the set starting, last orders, where to go next.
