Create an event

Name, type, venue, and the window the show runs in. What each field decides later, and which ones you cannot change after publishing.
New events start from the Create tab. The form is deliberately short, because anything it does not ask for can be added later in the workspace.
Organizer
Your personal account or an organization you can create events for. It decides who the event belongs to, whose profile it appears on, and which balance the bill and the bonus seats come from. It cannot be changed afterwards.
Details
A name of two to eighty characters, a description up to five hundred, and a type from eleven.
Visibility
Public events appear in search and on the map. Private ones are reachable by their link only.
Schedule
A window, not a start time. Both ends are required, and its length is what the event is billed on, so declare the hours you need rather than a generous guess.
Venue
A coordinate rather than a typed address. The picker holds a pin in the centre while you move the map, and tapping a point of interest fills in the name.
Image
The create-event form with the organizer picker open.
The venue does two things beyond labelling the page: it centres the GeoFence, and it decides which part of the world the live server is started in.
You end with a draft that already has a URL reserved for it. Nobody can open it yet. A draft returns a not-found page to everyone but your own team.
