Publishing makes your event available to attendees and reserves the participant capacity you need. Capacity is measured in credits — one credit per participant.
Steps
- Open the event and go to the publish sidebar.
- Pick how you'll pay for capacity: the free Spark plan, a one-time pack, or a monthly subscription.
- Review the participant capacity for the event.
- Click Publish. Your credits are reserved and the event goes live (or is scheduled).
If you publish after the start time has already passed, the Intro phase is skipped and the event starts directly in Story mode.
