Three numbers, and you can check the arithmetic.
A flat fee for the product, a graduated rate for the people, and an hourly rate for the window you book. Nothing else is metered, and nothing is rounded in our favour.

Every person is billed at the rate of the tier they fall into, the way income tax brackets work, so growing your crowd never reprices the people before them. Hours cost more than people because the window reserves a machine for its whole length, while capacity only decides how many phones connect to it.

Capacity counts the phones connected during the live show, and nothing else. Your event page, RSVPs, agenda and reels stay open to everyone you can reach, at no extra cost.
Every new member is a free seat.
When someone joins Ritmus from one of your event pages, you earn a bonus seat off your next event. No cap, and they never expire.
The clock starts at the doors.
The hours are the ones your event actually runs, from doors to close. Everything before that is free: your page can be up for weeks collecting RSVPs, and none of that waiting is on the clock.

Your guests see no advertising from us. The only sponsor spots in a Ritmus show are the ones you sell yourself, and the whole of our branding is a small "Powered by Ritmus" credit at the foot of the info panel.

No hardware to buy or hand out
PixMob is a manufactured wristband plus transmitters at the venue, and CrowdGlow reaches the phones from its own Bluetooth transmitters in the room. Ritmus and CUE need nothing installed: the phone the guest already brought is the fixture.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Is there a free tier?
No. The demo is the free thing: a full live show for fifteen minutes with up to ten devices, on our content, with no account and no card. Every real event is paid.
Do you take a cut of my ticket sales?
No. We do not sell your tickets and never see them. The number the calculator shows is the whole bill.
What if fewer people turn up than I paid for?
You pay for the capacity you declare, so empty seats are not refunded. Shrinking an event is free and immediate, and what you have already bought stays bought: growing back into it later costs nothing.
What if more people turn up?
Raise capacity and pay the difference, in blocks of ten seats. It applies at once, mid-show included, up to the size of the machine your event was given. Only the difference is charged.
Does a page sitting open for a month cost me anything?
No. The hours billed are the ones between your declared start and end. Your page can collect RSVPs for weeks before that and none of the waiting is on the clock.
Is capacity the size of my guest list?
No. It counts phones holding a live connection during the show and nothing else. Your page, your RSVPs, your agenda and your reels stay open to everyone you can reach.
How do bonus seats work?
When someone joins Ritmus from one of your event pages you earn a free seat. Seats come off the participant line of a later event, with no cap and no expiry, and one inbox can only ever earn once.
Who invoices me?
Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Your invoices and billing details live in Settings under Billing, where an Owner can open them.
