Manual
Your hand on the board. Tap a tile and the stand turns on the goal rather than a minute after it, which is the only timing that counts here.
Overlay
A line pinned over the stage on every phone, with a countdown running under it. Kickoff, the end of half time, the minute the gates shut. One at a time, so the screen never becomes a noticeboard.
Fan Cam
Someone in the middle of the stand films the celebration and their shot goes up on the venue screen. The camera nobody could have placed there.
